Return and Refund Policy
(Damage / Defective)
Exchange or refunds will only be allowed for defective products with supporting pictures of damaged products ONLY!
Upon receiving the parcel or shipment, customer is advised to inspect/take picture of the parcel. Once defect is found, customer must report the incident together with supporting videos/pictures of the defect/damage to the Customer Service. On certain occasions, customer might be required to send back the defect/damaged parcel.
The defect/damage must be reported within 24 hours upon the receiving of the parcel.
Investigation of the defect/damage will take approximately 3-5 working days min. as it might involve a 3rd party. The company will revert to the customer on the final findings and will require min. 3-5 working days to process the refund/exchange.
(Incorrect item / Incorrect Quantity / Missing Item)
If customer received incorrect items, incorrect quantity or missing items, the customer may be eligible for an exchange or refund but must be reported within 24 hours of receiving of parcel with pictures/videos to support.

Incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or correct item (subject to stock availability).
To be eligible for an exchange, the intended return item must be unused/unopen and in the same condition that the customer have received it.
The company reserves the right to reject any report of defect/damage for refund/exchange if the investigation were to found to be inaccurate/false/unfit/unreasonable.
Please note that any man-made damage will not be eligible for exchange.
All reports must be emailed to stevensunny@gmail.com for further arrangements of refunds/exchange/returns.
The company do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
If the return is valid, the company will process the customer’s refund or exchange. The company will reimburse the customer with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.
- In these terms and conditions “the company” refers to STEVENSUNNY.co, and “the customer” means the customer.
- The customer use of the website and placing orders shall thereat shall be deemed to imply their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. All references in the T&C to “the company”, shall mean STEVENSUNNY.co and “Goods” shall mean all the products line up/listed in STEVENSUNNY.co website.
STEVENSUNNY.co reserved the rights to amend and modify the terms and conditions where and when deem necessary.
