Order Processing & Shipping Policy :

Delivery Charges	RM 8.00	RM 15.00 (first 1kg)

Remark :

• East Malaysia – every additional 1kg, charges will be charged separately. Kindly contact our customer service to find out the charges before an order is made.

Once an order is made online and full payment is made, the order will be processed and packed within 48 hours.

Sending out days is only from Monday – Thursday.  Any orders received on Thursday will only be shipped out on Monday or the next working day.  This policy was set to reduce the risk of missing or misplaced parcel if the parcel was to be kept at the storage of the courier company.

Remark :

• The above stated lead time, applies to only non-festive/public holiday season.
• Delivery lead time might extend, depending on the length of the public holiday/the closure of the courier service company.
• The delivery lead time to East Malaysia is also subject to custom clearance/traffic.
• Delivery lead time is calculated from the date, the customer receives notification of their order tracking number eg. customer receive tracking number on the 1^st, the calculation of 3-5 working days starts from the 1^st and not from the date of ordering.

Inaccuracy in providing shipping details will also result in the delay of delivery, therefore please ensure delivery details is filled in correctly, clearly and accurately.
